TYC factories are ISO/TSO certified, ensuring the highest quality and reliability. Our radiators are carefully engineered and tested in the wind tunnel in a laboratory for cooling performance validation. With over 10,000 different models of radiators, we have a wide selection for all leading brands of vehicles on the road.
The OEM specified plastic tank-aluminum core construction offers superior strength and durability. All components are installed, torqued, and tested during assembly. The tanks are made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins that are “glass filled” for added strength and durability, while the gaskets are made from special grade “EPDM” rubber to withstand extreme temperatures. The tubes are welded type or the latest generation “B-Tube” design, and the fins are a high performance “Multi-Louvered Design” - TYC specification. Each radiator is 100% leak tested before leaving the factory at 150% of operating pressure, and undergoes a “10 Foot Drop Test” standard for packaging. It is a drop-in fit and has a high-performance transmission cooler with a built-in turbulator, if applicable.
