Process for obtaining the price match guarantee

 

Pre-Purchase: If you find a competitor advertising the same product as us at a lower price (including shipping and handling), contact our customer support at support@autocado.com, and we’ll work with you to verify the competitor's price and either match or beat that price on the spot and give you a 10% discount.

Post-Purchase: If you’ve purchased a product from Autocado within the past thirty (30) days and want us to retroactively match or beat a competitor's price for the same product, please get in touch with us at support@autocado.com. You will also receive a 10% discount. 

We will need the following information:

  1. Order Number. This can be found in "My Garage" or in your confirmation email. 
  2. Competitor information and a screenshot of the part  and submit to support@autocado.com

Once we receive this information, our team will review and, if approved, process the difference between what you paid for the product and the competitor's price.  The adjustment would be credited back to the form of payment you used when purchasing the product.
