With its OEM specified Plastic Tank-Aluminum Core Construction, this radiator is engineered with strength and durability in mind and able to withstand extreme temperatures of up to -120 Degrees F. The tanks are made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins that are “Glass Filled” for added strength and durability, while the gaskets are made from special grade “EPDM” rubber. The Tubes are welded type and the fins (the heart of the radiator) feature a high-performance “Multi-Louvered Design” and are OEM spec. During assembly, all components are installed, torqued, and tested on the radiator. Plus, it comes with a 100% leak test before leaving the factory and is subjected to a “10 Foot Drop Test” Standard for the best packaging. Additionally, it comes with a high performance transmission cooler with a special built-in turbulator, when applicable.
