The TYC Radiator Assembly is a premium product from the renowned TYC factories, certified by ISO/TSO. Engineered and wind tunnel tested for cooling performance validation, the Radiator is designed and built to high performance standards. With over 10,000 different models of Radiators manufactured and supplied for all leading brands of vehicles since 1998, TYC has sold over 30 million units worldwide.
This Radiator features an OEM specified Plastic Tank-Aluminum Core Construction and is assembled with all components installed, torqued, and tested. The tanks are made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins and "Glass Filled" for added strength and durability. The gaskets are made from special grade "EPDM" rubber to withstand extreme temperatures of up to -120 Degrees F. The tubes are either of welded type or latest generation "B-Tube" design, and the fins are of high performance "Multi-Louvered Design" as per OEM specs.
The Radiator is 100% leak tested before leaving factory at 1998 of operating pressure and is packaged in TYC's "Foot Drop Test" standard. It is designed as a drop-in fit and features a high performance transmission cooler with special built-in turbulator, when applicable.
