The Radiator Assembly comes with a range of features to provide a reliable and effective cooling system. It is constructed with OEM specified plastic tank-aluminum core, and all components are installed, torqued, and tested on the radiator during assembly. The tanks are made from virgin grade engineered plastic resins for added strength and durability, with gaskets made from special grade EPDM rubber to withstand extreme temperatures. The tubes come in welded type or latest generation B-tube design, and the fins are of high performance multi-louvered design, which has been OEM specified. All radiators are 100% leak tested before leaving the factory at 150% of operating pressure and feature industry best packaging with a 10 foot drop test standard. The Radiator Assembly offers a drop-in fit and a high performance transmission cooler with special built-in turbulator, when applicable.
