Constructed with a round, open back design, the grommet has a 2.5" diameter and fits a 2 25/32" mounting hole. It is ideal for 72, 142, 143, 162, 163, 173, 175, 192, 193, 196, and 197 series lights, and can be used with the PL10 plug by connecting the grommet to the 142-49 or 162-49 plug. The package includes the 143-18 grommet, 142-49 plug, and a grounding screw for easy installation. For open installations where splash plates are not used, a closed back unit is recommended.
